IMWF ice machine GE water filter cartridge. This cartridge has a 6 month filter life according to GE. Max. NSF 42: Yes Rated Capacity: 300.0 gal The GE IMWF water filter cartridge gets rid of unpleasant tastes and odors. The water filter cartridge is located on the right hand side of the ice machine Controls. The filter cartridge should be replaced every six months when the replacement indicator light turns on or sooner if the flow of water to the ice machine decreases. Protect from freezing by removing the cartridge when ambient temperatures are expected to drop below 40°F (4.4°C). The ice machine should not be installed in an environment that exceeds 100°F or drops below 32°F. This water filter also replaces Whirlpool models ICE2, F2WC9I1, W10565349A, P6RFWG2K and F2WC9I1.
