Maytag Conversion Kits - Gas Range

Did you know that every gas range comes set up for natural gas? It's true. But if you live out in the woods like we do, you may be using a different kind of gas. The kind that comes from a big silver tank in the back yard. LP gas doesn't work so well when the range has orifices designed for high falootin natural gas... and if you bought the range used, there's no way the previous owners kept the little conversion kit that originally came with the range. This is a part that you don't want to guess on so please find your range's model number and then do a keyword search for "conv" or "LP." These kits usually come with new orifices for the top burners and the oven valve can normally be adjusted with a screwdriver for the conversion.
