Warranty
All parts sold by A-1 Appliance Parts, Inc. come with the full manufacturers
warranty. The warranty varies for every manufacturer, so it is best to
call in all warranty situations. This warranty is good from the date of
original purchase. Since warranty issues are sometimes complex, we encourage
you to call us and let an A-1 representative resolve the problem as quickly
and efficiently as possible. Please call between the hours of 8:00 A.M.
and 5:00 P.M. (CST) 1-800-841-0312. If possible, please have your original
invoice when you call.
Non-Warranty Returns
* What if you've ordered the wrong part? Don't try making it work. After obtaining an RMA number, simply send it back
with a note attached explaining the return. Please be sure to include your invoice and any other information that we would need to
process the credit speedily for you.
* What if we send the wrong part? We'll make it right. To expedite the correction of the
mistake, please give us a call at 1-800-841-0312 and let an A-1 representative resolve the issue.
* We cannot give refunds
on special order items, installed parts, or electrical parts.
Regular orders (uninstalled), that were not shipped using our "Free Shipping"
method, may be returned anytime within 14 days from the date of original
purchase for a full credit. Returned orders that were originally shipped
for free will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the shipping cost.
