monarch electric free standing stove model 163R

i have an old monarch free standing electric stove with 3 electric coil burners on top. there are 3 main wires going to each coil element burners. which are not connected. the wires are green, black, and red. i beleave the red n blk go to the coil burners. but if green wire is ground. where or what do i attach or connect the green ground wire to?

Normally would be a screw or nut and bolt on the element/element body that the green wire would go to.
